McCoy Enterprises’ Organizational Empowerment Workshop is designed to dramatically increase the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. The Organizational Empowerment Workshop was developed to give the attendees a new perspective on the importance of their role in the Customer Relationship Chain and the skills to enhance their communication capabilities and professionalism. This one-day session challenges the attendees to take ownership of their responsibilities and to set goals for themselves that are aligned with that of the corporation. With a clearer understanding of the significant role they play in the success of their organization, the students become advocates of your organization as opposed to its’ worst critic. Armed with new techniques and strategies the team members will begin to communicate, both internally and externally, in a more professional and effective manner. They will begin to display an attitude and professionalism that will provide a competitive edge for your organization.
