Joe McCoy, Founder and President
Responsible for direction and leadership of the day to day management of the business including strategic focus and tactical decisions. He is a business owner and operator of four successful business ventures. He was Associate Professor at Delaware Technical College, possesses extensive sales management experience at Bell Atlantic (Verizon).
Robert Madonna, Partner and EVP Sales & Marketing
Responsible for sales and marketing strategy, course development and delivery. He was Executive Vice President, Numerex Corporation. He has held various leadership positions at Bell Atlantic (Verizon), was Founding Director of Golden Cradle Adoption Agency.
Joe Murray, Partner and Chief Operating Officer
Responsible for day to day operations, including contracts and instructor certification, as well as technical course development. He was Vice President EF&I Operations, Telsource Corporation. And has held various leadership positions at AT&T, Bell Atlantic, and was also the Northeast Division Manager Fujitsu Network Communications, Inc.
Tom Pelletreau, VP New Business Development
Responsible for development of new business customers, course development and training delivery. He was Director of New Business Development Verizon’s Yellow Pages Division. He has extensive sales management, corporate training and marketing management experience within Bell of PA and Bell Atlantic (Verizon).
Jim Knapp, Senior Training Consultant
Responsible for development of new business customers, course development and training delivery. He brings over 34 years of extensive sales, sales management, and business ownership experience. His most recent position was a National Sales Manager for Verizon.
Patrick R. O'Neill, Senior Training Consultant
Responsible for development of new business customers, course development and training delivery. He joins McCoy from a successful 32 year career with Verizon in sales, sales management, advertising and marketing.
Phil Servus, Senior Training Consultant
Responsible for development of new business customers, course development and training delivery. He joins McCoy Enterprises after 33 successful years in the directory advertising sales business where he has held various leadership positions with National Telephone Directory Company, Bell Atlantic/Nynex Directory and Verizon Information Services. In his most recent positions, Mr. Servus led the New Hire Sales training Department for Bell Atlantic / Nynex and was the head of the management and leadership development department for Verizon Info Systems.
Terry Farrell, Senior Technical Training Consultant
Responsible for technical course development and training delivery. He joins McCoy Enterprises after 25 years as a telecommunications professional in sales, technical consulting, project management, and customer service. Mr. Farrell brings a very strong background and experience in voice and data networks including: LAN/WAN, SONET, ATM, Frame Relay Service, DWDM, Centrex and PBX Systems. His most recent position was as a Senior Technology Solutions Specialist for Verizon.
Ann Caldwell, Training and Sales Management Consultant
Responsible for development of new business and training delivery. She joins McCoy Enterprises from a very successful career in senior telecommunications management. Ann has extensive senior sales and marketing management experience. Ann’s most recent position was Director of Marketing and Sales for Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications.
Frank Arlotto, Training Consultant
Responsible for course development, new business customers, and training delivery. He joins McCoy Enterprises after 29 years of successful management, sales and training development at IBM. His expertise includes high tech solutions selling, creation and implementation of e-Business initiatives. His most recent position was as National Public Sector Solutions Executive at IBM.
June Griffin, Training Consultant
Responsible for course development, new business customers, and training delivery. She joins McCoy Enterprises with 35 years of successful management and marketing experience at Verizon. June’s expertise spans a variety of responsibilities including: customer service and support, event management, trade show & exhibition management, sales and marketing.
Rae Hellmig, Training Consultant
Responsible for course development, new business customers, and training delivery. She joins McCoy Enterprises after over 25 years of very successful sales and management experience. Rae was a sales manager in Verizon’s General Business Division. She also had responsibility for recruitment, training and development. She also co-developed and delivered the training to support a new on-line sales and service negotiating system. Her most recent assignment was as a Corporate Account Manager for National Accounts.
